New War are rad. Featuring members of Bird Blobs, Sir and Shoplifting (USA), the band have been gigging around Melbourne for the past eighteen months, quietly impressive everyone with their intense live show. First single 'Ghostwalking' is equally awesome, clocking in at 8mins 31 secs. Released on US label Fast Weapons (run by Gossip's Nathan Howdeshel), the 12" also features remixes by Gossip and HTRK. All three tracks are available as a free download:
